Xbox 360 JTAG Tutorial – Part 2
Watch in HD. In this segment of my Xbox 360 JTAG tutorial, I will be demonstrating how the necessary wired are soldered to the Xbox 360 motherboard. As a substitute for the second diagram in the video, please see the following diagram: i946.photobucket.com If you would prefer to solder your JTAG wires to an LPT connector, rather than threading them into your LPT port, please see the following tutorial: www.se7ensins.com Requirements to complete this project: – A PC with an LPT port. – A CAT5 cable. – An LPT printer cable or male connector. – A soldering iron. – Reasonably good soldering skills. – An Xbox 360 with a Xenon motherboard and a dashboard revision below the 8xxx series. – Torx 8 and 10 screwdrivers, and optionally, a flathead screwdriver. Please do not ask me about dashboard downgrades, assistance with the 10th perstige glitch, or if there is some way to apply the JTAG hack to an updated console. If your dashboard version number starts with an “8″, you will not be able to apply the JTAG hack under ANY circumstances. Regarding 10th prestige: This is all but impossible to achieve now with a JTAG Xbox 360. Any Xbox 360 signing into Xbox LIVE with the JTAG hack will be BANNED within MINUTES. There is no way to avoid this. Please make sure you understand all of this BEFORE you PM me, as the volume of messages continues to increase! @_@;

Where can u get a keyvault?

a few questions here:
When you JTAG a console, do you have to use a rebooter to connect to xbox live/ apply mods (such as MW2 mods)
And how do you change the code of a game and then put it back into your xbox? Must you download the game to your hard drive and then modify the game?

hey can someone answer this question even though it sounds retarted but wen you plug the lpt cable into the lpt port or watever it is while flashing the nands or dumping them or watever it says, i keep my 360 on or what, i know this sounds really dumb but i just want to be sure anyone who answers thank you

Nope. You can remove them after flashing Xell to the NAND. Afterwards, you can use Xell to flash XBR, which is easier and less chance of something getting botched.

if you want a xbox 360 already jtag they got them on ioffer for about $200 – $300 a jasper xbox 360 are higher though

Ebay, Haha. But it still takes a familiarity with Programs such as XeX Loader,Mame360,XBR or any other program you wish to use on a JTag.

Yes you get banned for having a JTag. The reason you get banned is because firmware/hardware modding is completely against the Xbox Terms of Service agreement, therefore ban. But unlike Ekstaasikonitianinen said, you wont be banned in mere minutes. more along a time frame of about 4 hours if your lucky. after it is banned you can either unban it, get a new Key Vault, Or sell the bitch on ebay haha.

I Agree with you, If say you decide to host a tenth lobby on MW2 you will most likely be banned within Four Hours. Not worth it at all. When i get done making mine this week i might not go on live at all. Then again i have friends who can unban me, or i could just get another key vault haha.
