After you install a disc game into an xbox 360 how do you play it without the disc?

How do you install the game to the xbox 360 and play it without the disc?

you need a hard drive , after it is downloaded (it will take really long) you go to your game menu cick on games libary then look for it in recent game i think i know for sure it is somewhere here

You can’t. You need to have the disk in so the console can read the security sectors and run the game. Microsoft may suck, but they’re not that stupid.

Edit: And there actually is a big benefit to ripping the games to your hard drive. Your disc will last longer because it is not reading the disc at all while you are playing (a disk running in a drive is under extreme amounts of stress and after long periods of time is prone to overheating and cracking).

Your system will also benefit because it will not get nearly as hot while you are playing, which will extend the life of your system.

Again, the disc will not run while you are playing the game, only when you first launch the game. This is because your drive is reading security sectors on the disc that verify it is an actual and official game and not a burned game.

You cant. The disk must still be in the drive for authentication even if you ripped it to the hard drive.

you cant play it without the disk in … all that installing the game onto your hardrive does is reduces the noise of the xbox !! to be honest youre better off not installing the game onto your hardrive and are better just playing it off the disk. The reason why you cant instal it and play without the disk is because people could just rent the game for a day and instal the game onto their xbox and then take the game back the next day but still be able to play the game …
