the screw to remove the hard drive on mine wont come off… ive had my dad try and even my neighbors and no progress. it wont budge and its completely stripped… wut do i do now?

It couldn’t be 4 yet, but 3 def. Mine got it’s first YLoD yesterday after 3 years 3 months. With more or less daily play at about 5 hours a day; with stints of up to 10 hours. or more, lol
