RROD Fix
Just documenting my RROD fix *update* Just so everyone knows, this is temporary it won’t restore it forever (i mentioned this in early comments). Also mentioned that it may be risky, and that the warranty is a much better way to go about fixing this, as it’s risk free and will not RROD again once MS fix it.

Erm no, it will RROD again. Mine did, and so has many others after repair. Just lasts longer than a temporary fix, but its still not a permanent fix.

This is a bunch of crap all it does is screw up the system more its because of these pad things on he 4 main chips in side the 360 just do the penny trick i did and i haven’t had the rrod for over two years

@sachxtrem Yes. But I suggest keeping it baked in towels until the 360 shows 2 red rings instead of 3. It has then succesfully restarted the cooling chip. The Xbox will also last longer before you have to bake it again.

or put about 4 pc case fans in the sides and cool it properly also how about real heatsinks instead of fucking bandaids and aluminum foil

I keep my PS3 on all the time, even when Im gone (helps keep my room a bit warm) and its never broke down. I dl games/movies when I’m asleep or away so I dont have to watch it dl or make the browser speed suffer if I’m on it.

mine is fucking stupid i turn it off and on about three times and it works again and now it wont work

well not literally what im trying to say is i play it alot but not every day just whenever i have nothing else to do but what else is there to do in a small ass town i live in, nothing so thats why i play it alot sometimes
