Classic Game Room HD – SUPER MARIO KART for SNES review
Classic Game Room HD reviews SUPER MARIO KART for the Super Nintendo! This first and original SUPER Mariokart is regarded as the best, is it? Coins, less powerups, the feather and real acceleration, the Mario Kart series has seen many changes since this SNES video game cartridge released in 1992. This CGR review of Super Mario Kart has gameplay from Super Mariokart on Super Nintendo SNES showing game play during this Nintendo racing game. 8 original racers compete in shorter, tighter tracks that push your driving skills to the limit. Compete in GT challenges for 50cc, 100cc and 150cc. Split screen multiplayer and battle mode are available as is a fun time trial version of gameplay. Characters include Mario, Luigi, Peach, Koopa Troopa, Donkey Kong and more. Graphically the game looks bright and vibrant and shines with detailed visuals that dont suffer from slowdown, flicker or lag with the controller. Super Mario Kart started one of the most popular and highly praised game series ever, play the original! Find the SNES game cart for Super Mario Kart out there in cyberland for a few bucks. Itll cost more with packaging and manual, but do you need a manual? Hold down on the drive button and WIN! Super Mariokart on Wii is not available for download on WiiWare or Wii Virtual Console, maybe Super Mario Kart will be downladable soon for VC on the Nintendo Wii, but not yet. Pick up a SNES or compatible machine and have a great time with the first Super Mario Kart.

There’s only one racing game that’s better than MarioKart: Diddy Kong Racing!!
I wonder if Mark likes the Vectrex as much as he says he does?
Posted on July 9th, 2010 at 2:12 pm

Posted on July 9th, 2010 at 2:44 pm
@Racecars721 lol We can hope so.
Posted on July 9th, 2010 at 3:25 pm
@GamerBoy53 It could be sparkling cider.
Posted on July 9th, 2010 at 4:11 pm
You haven`t played Mario Kart 64, but claim to be a Mario Kart fanatic? Mario Kart 64 is the best one.
BTW, is that Koopa handling alcohol at 4:31? I don’t think that should fit such an apparently “kid-friendly” series such as Mario Kart.
Posted on July 9th, 2010 at 4:33 pm
Super Mario Kart and Donkey Kong Country are the best games EVER!!! Period. SNES rules supreme!
