Classic Game Room HD – RED RING OF DEATH review Xbox 360
Watch in high definition! Classic Game Room HD reviews the dreaded Xbox 360 Red Ring of Death! Wow, this is not awesome. Although CGRHD likes blinking red things and believes the “red ring of death” or RROD for short, to be an excellent warning sign that something is wrong…. the fact that it even exists is a problem given the high price of an Xbox 360 and the fact that many, many, many people get to play Red Ring of Death when they don’t want to. How does this Red Ring of Death video footage compare to the Blue Ring of Death? Well, there isn’t a blue ring of death. Just a red one. And when you get it that means that its time to contact Microsoft and their Xbox 360 support department and request warranty service. Three red rings, three years of warranty is what they claim. CGRHD is out to review how fast this problem is resolved because we having a working Atari 2600 and 7800 from 1986 as well as numerous Sega consoles that still work, a SNES, Colecovision and Magnavox Odyssey 2. This is the red ring of death. Now lets see how this warranty service works out…. the good news is that Microsoft does respond to emails asap and Im already on the way to getting it repaired.

Xbox as about a 50.76 failure rate (rrod)
ps3 has about a 10.42 failure rate

everyone that have the rrod there is a simple salution iam gonna tell you what to do from 1 to 4
1 ligth: simply reset your xbox
2 ligths : keep it colling for an hour
3 ligths : its probobly means that the power cords are disconected
4 ligts:
If your Xbox 360 console has four flashing red lights, you might have a problem with your A/V cable. The A/V cable connects your console to your television. A faulty connection or cable can interrupt your experience.

I have a Ps1, Gamecube, N64, DS, Sega, NES, And an Xbox 360. With Xbox. And my other stuff had gone through crap like falling and hours upon hours of use. And my 360 got the RED RING-O-Death on the 3rd month i owned it. They seem to be gettin a little cheap to make a few more dollars.

“Let’s c what’s laying around the xbox 360 that still works. Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, Atari 7800, Sega Genesis, Sega CD”
Was crackin up at that cause my 360 is so tempermental but I’ve never had a problem w/ my N64

@drewskione Yup. Spot on. Cant be bothered fixing it.
Posted on August 14th, 2010 at 6:24 am
i hate when that happens
Posted on August 14th, 2010 at 6:51 am
@drewskione I just got the red ring of death..and to be honest…with all the lagging problems i get online, and having to renew my membership every year etc..I’m tempted to send it away to get fixed, and then when it comes back smashing it into a million pieces..and just playing my old sega megadrive
Nothing made in the last few years is worth dick.
