I basically need to know how to convert NTSC to PAL but what will work with a PS3?

I live in England, If i buy a PS3 from American will the games and blue-ray DVDs i buy from England still work?

It won’t be on disc, it’ll be downloaded. Unfortunately I can’t put it onto my PSP since it’s version is too new to hack.
Is it possible to store the game onto the PS3 system and play it from there?

Meant to be a free for all, but two american players keep targeting me and working together, seem to have better weapons. Any cheats would be appreciated as i am driving my wife mad by being on the ps3 all the time, but i won’t quit .

is getting a PS3 from Dubai the same as getting one from
USA? I mean the voltage and everything, is it the same.

Cause my friend got a PS3 from Dubai and it works fine and i am planning to get one from USA as i am going there, but i don’t wanna buy it and then find out it don’t work. So i just need to make sure.

So in Dubai is it the same voltage as America?
