Ok my xbox stopped working a couple days ago with 3 red lights, so i happily went to grab my trusty towel when i realised there was hope!! dim red hope!! instead of just 3 red lights there is another light that is slightly red in the top right corner.
Now ive watched videos of people with red ring of death and all of them have no light in the top right.

does this mean my xbox has a simple problem? or is it even more screwed than if it had the red ring of death?.

i knew that the xbox had the red lights because i was intending to fix it. I opened the xbox 360 to find out that the fans didn’t work, i tried some different fans and they didn’t work either so i assume that the power supply to the fans do not work. I messaged the seller and he told me he could not offer a refund because it was sold as faulty, though it was not stated in the description that the fans do not work, only that it had the red lights. Do i have right to a refund because he didn’t describe the item as it was?
