Cost – 360 is cheaper unless you constantly pay for xbox live in which case it might not even be more expensive.
Online gaming – Microsoft have hit the nail on the head but i heard some people saying PS3 was a bit slow online.
Range of games – Most games are on both consoles but there are definately a lot of games to choose from for 360.
Controllers – No question about it… The 360s controllers fit really well into your hand.

I have a 360 atm but i got the RROD so im getting a ps3 for christmas. To connect to my Xbox live i would have to remove my ethernet cable that gives me internet on my computer and put in the xbox cable as i only have one port on my modem, is this possible to do that same so i can get on PSN?

Now its discontinued, if i send it to Xbox live because of RRoD will they give me another premium or downgrade me to a arcade console?

Do I get the 3 year warranty for RRoD or am I already covered for that without doing anything?
Is my warranty extended even further?
